multiqc

output integration for RNA sequencing across tools and samples

The sequencing of DNA or RNA with current high-throughput technologies involves an array of tools and these are applied over a range of samples. It is easy to loose oversight. And gathering the data and forwarding them in a readable manner to the individuals who took the samples is a challenge for a tool in itself. Well. Here it is. MultiQC aggregates the output of multiple tools into a single report.

r-bioc-deseq

GNU R differential gene expression analysis

BioConductor package to estimate variance-mean dependence in count data from high-throughput sequencing assays and test for differential expression based on a model using the negative binomial distribution.

r-cran-kmsurv

data sets for GNU R from Klein and Moeschberger (1997), Survival Analysis

Data sets and functions for Klein and Moeschberger (1997), "Survival Analysis, Techniques for Censored and Truncated Data", Springer.

libdvdread8

library for reading DVDs

libdvdread provides the functionality that is required to access many DVDs. It parses IFO files, reads NAV-blocks, and performs CSS authentication and descrambling.

libopencl-clang10

thin wrapper for clang

r-bioc-nanostringqcpro

processing and QA for NanoString mRNA expression data

NanoStringQCPro provides a set of quality metrics that can be used to assess the quality of NanoString mRNA gene expression data -- i.e. to identify outlier probes and outlier samples. It also provides different background subtraction and normalization approaches for this data. It outputs suggestions for flagging samples/probes and an easily sharable html quality control output.
