debgpt
Chatting LLM with Debian-Specific Knowledge
Large language models (LLMs) are newly emerged tools, which are capable of
handling tasks that traditional software could never achieve, such as writing
code based on the specification provided by the user. In this tool, we
attempt to experiment and explore the possibility of leveraging LLMs to aid
Debian development, in any extent.
r-cran-riskregression
GNU R Risk Regression Models and Prediction Scores for Survival
Analysis with Competing Risks Implementation of the following methods
for event history analysis. Risk regression models for survival
endpoints also in the presence of competing risks are fitted using
binomial regression based on a time sequence of binary event status
variables. A formula interface for the Fine-Gray regression model and an
interface for the combination of cause-specific Cox regression models. A
toolbox for assessing and comparing performance of risk predictions
(risk markers and risk prediction models). Prediction performance is
measured by the Brier score and the area under the ROC curve for binary
possibly time-dependent outcome. Inverse probability of censoring
weighting and pseudo values are used to deal with right censored data.
Lists of risk markers and lists of risk models are assessed
simultaneously. Cross-validation repeatedly splits the data, trains the
risk prediction models on one part of each split and then summarizes and
compares the performance across splits.
libhamlib4t64
Run-time library to control radio transceivers and receivers
Most recent amateur radio transceivers allow external control of their
functions through a computer interface. Unfortunately, control commands are
not always consistent across a manufacturer's product line and each
manufacturer's product line differs greatly from its competitors.
librygel-core-2.8-0
GNOME UPnP/DLNA services - core library
Rygel is a home media solution that allows you to easily share audio, video
and pictures, and control of media player on your home network. In technical
terms it is both a UPnP AV MediaServer and MediaRenderer implemented through
a plug-in mechanism. Interoperability with other devices in the market is
achieved by conformance to very strict requirements of DLNA and on the fly
conversion of media to format that client devices are capable of handling.
python3-rosettasciio
Reading and writing scientific file formats
The Rosetta Scientific Input Output library aims at providing easy
reading and writing capabilities in Python for a wide range of
scientific data formats. Thus providing an entry point to the wide
ecosystem of python packages for scientific data analysis and
computation, as well as an interoperability between different file
formats. Just as the Rosetta stone provided a translation between
ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and ancient Greek. The RosettaSciIO
library originates from the HyperSpy project for multi-dimensional
data analysis. As HyperSpy is rooted in the electron microscopy
community, data formats used by this community are still particularly
well represented.
libheartbeat2t64
Subsystem for High-Availability Linux (libraries)
heartbeat is a messaging subsystem for high availability which implements
serial, UDP, and PPP/UDP heartbeats.
