r-cran-spatstat.random

Random Generation Functionality for the 'spatstat' Family

Functionality for random generation of spatial data in the 'spatstat' family of packages. Generates random spatial patterns of points according to many simple rules (complete spatial randomness, Poisson, binomial, random grid, systematic, cell), randomised alteration of patterns (thinning, random shift, jittering), simulated realisations of random point processes (simple sequential inhibition, Matern inhibition models, Matern cluster process, Neyman-Scott cluster processes, log- Gaussian Cox processes, product shot noise cluster processes) and simulation of Gibbs point processes (Metropolis-Hastings birth-death- shift algorithm, alternating Gibbs sampler). Also generates random spatial patterns of line segments, random tessellations, and random images (random noise, random mosaics). Excludes random generation on a linear network, which is covered by the separate package 'spatstat.linnet'.

libemail-filter-perl

library for creating easy email filters

Email::Filter is another module produced by the "Perl Email Project", a reaction against the complexity and increasing bugginess of the "Mail::*" modules. It replaces Mail::Audit, and allows you to write programs describing how your mail should be filtered.

libgo42-arm64-cross

Runtime library for GNU Go applications

Library needed for GNU Go applications linked against the shared library.

libghc-distributive-prof

distributive functors; profiling libraries

This package provides a type class for distributive functors. These are the dual to traversable functors.

libghc-statistics-prof

A library of statistical types, data, and functions; profiling libraries

This library provides a number of common functions and types useful in statistics. Our focus is on high performance, numerical robustness, and use of good algorithms. Where possible, we provide references to the statistical literature.
