Courier Unicode library (shared runtime library)
This library implements several algorithms related to the Unicode
Standard:
- Look up uppercase, lowercase, and titlecase equivalents
of a unicode character.
- Implementation of grapheme and work breaking rules.
- Implementation of line breaking rules.
- Several ancillary functions, like looking up the unicode character
that corresponds to some HTML 4.0 entity (such as “&”, for
example), and determining the normal width or a double-width status
of a unicode character. Also, an adaptation of the iconv(3) API for
this unicode library.
- Look up Unicode script property.
mlton
Optimizing compiler for Standard ML
MLton is a whole-program optimizing compiler
for Standard ML. MLton generates standalone
executables with excellent runtime performance,
is SML 97 compliant, and has a complete basis
library. MLton has source-level profiling,
a fast C FFI, an interface to the GNU
multiprecision library, and lots of useful
libraries.

C++ API for D-Bus (runtime library with Ecore main loop)
DBus-c++ attempts to provide a C++ API for D-Bus. The library has a GLib/GTK
and an Ecore main loop integration. It also offers an optional own main loop.

Slixmpp is a (friendly) fork of SleekXMPP, which goal is to “improve” the
core of the library by entirely removing all threads from the library and
using an event-based approach instead.
