xkbind

X Keyboard Extension Indicator

The XkbInd program (X Keyboard Extension Indicator) is a minimal indicator of keyboard layout (XKB group) for the X Window System; it indicates current keyboard layout in the title of top-level windows via prefix to the original string. It also allows to simulate independent keyboard layout for each handled window and it works with most of the window managers, including twm, mwm and fvwm. WARNING: This program assumes the standard X input focus handling, so it will not work with some GUI toolkits.

r-cran-r6

R classes with reference semantics

The R6 package allows the creation of classes with reference semantics, similar to R's built-in reference classes. Compared to reference classes, R6 classes are simpler and lighter-weight, and they are not built on S4 classes so they do not require the methods package. These classes allow public and private members, and they support inheritance, even when the classes are defined in different packages.

bppsuite

Bio++ program suite

The Bio++ Program Suite is a package of programs using the Bio++ libraries and dedicated to Phylogenetics and Molecular Evolution. All programs are independent, but can be combined to perform rather complex analyses. These programs use the interface helper tools of the libraries, and hence share the same syntax. They also have several options in common, which may also be shared by third-party software.
