proftpd-mod-geoip2
ProFTPD module mod_geoip2
The mod_geoip2 module for ProFTPD uses the MaxMind GeoIP library to look up
geographic information on connecting clients, and to provide ACLs based on
that geographic information.
renderd
Daemon that renders map tiles using mapnik
mod_tile is a system to serve raster tiles for example to use within a
slippy map. It provides a dynamic combination of efficient caching and
on the fly rendering. Due to its dynamic rendering, only a small
fraction of overall tiles need to be kept on disk, reducing the
resources required. At the same time, its caching strategy allows for a
high performance serving and can support several thousand requests per
second.
kconfig-frontends-nox
NoX standalone implementation of the Linux Kconfig parser
Kconfig-frontends provides the kconfig parser, as well as all the frontends
(dialog, ncurses, QT) to configure and generate config files
and config headers for various projects. This package release only hold
dialog and ncurses versions.
node-deepmerge
Node.js module to merge properties of two objects deeply
deepmerge is a node.js module written to deep (recursive) merge Javascript
objects.
mpich
Implementation of the MPI Message Passing Interface standard
MPICH is a high-performance and widely portable implementation of the
MPI-4.1 standard from the Argonne National Laboratory.
It efficiently supports different computation and communication platforms
including commodity clusters, SMPs, massively parallel systems, and
high-speed networks.
This release has all MPI 4.1 functions and features required by the standard
with the exception of support for the "external32" portable I/O format and
user-defined data representations for I/O.
nanostat
statistics on long biological sequences
NanoStat calculates various statistics from a long read sequencing
dataset in fastq, bam or albacore sequencing summary format.
It is meant to augment pipelines for the interpretation of
long DNA sequences as generated with the Nanopore.
