libfilezilla30
build high-performing platform-independent programs (runtime lib)
Free, open source C++ library, offering some basic functionality to build
high-performing, platform-independent programs. Some of the highlights include:
libghc-list-prof
list monad transformer and class; profiling libraries
A List monad transformer and a List class.
With standard list operations for Lists
libleptonica6
image processing library
Well-tested C library for some basic image processing operations,
along with a description of the functions and some design methods. A
full set of affine transformations (translation, shear, rotation,
scaling) on images of all depths is included, with the exception that
some of the scaling methods do not work at all depths. There are also
implementations of binary morphology, grayscale morphology,
convolution and rank order filters, and applications such as jbig2
image processing and color quantization. You will also find basic
utilities for the safe and efficient handling of arrays (of strings,
numbers, number pairs and image-related geometrical objects), byte
queues, generic stacks, generic lists, and endian-independent
indexing into 32-bit arrays.
r-bioc-biocio
standard input and output for Bioconductor packages
Implements `import()` and `export()` standard generics
for importing and exporting biological data formats. `import()`
supports whole-file as well as chunk-wise iterative import. The
`import()` interface optionally provides a standard mechanism for
'lazy' access via `filter()` (on row or element-like components of
the file resource), `select()` (on column-like components of the
file resource) and `collect()`. The `import()` interface
optionally provides transparent access to remote (e.g. via https)
as well as local access. Developers can register a file extension,
e.g., `.loom` for dispatch from character-based URIs to specific
`import()` / `export()` methods based on classes representing file
types, e.g., `LoomFile()`.
liblong-jump-perl
mechanism for returning to a specific point from a deeply nested stack
Long::Jump essentially provides a multi-level return. You can mark a spot
with setjump() and then unwind the stack back to that point from any nested
stack frame by name using longjump(). You can also provide a list of return
values.
libgnat-12-m68k-cross
runtime for applications compiled with GNAT (shared library)
GNAT is a compiler for the Ada programming language. It produces optimized
code on platforms supported by the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC).
