r-cran-orthopolynom

functions for orthogonal and orthonormal polynomials in R

A collection of functions to construct sets of orthogonal polynomials and their recurrence relations. Additional functions are provided to calculate the derivative, integral, value and roots of lists of polynomial objects.

phoc-examples

Examples clients for phoc

Tiny wayland compositor based on wlroots for use on mobile phones like the Librem 5.

python3-seedir

Package for creating, editing, and reading folder tree diagrams

The general logic of seedir is based on representing directories in 3 different forms: real directories on a computer, text diagrams of directories, and "fake directories" (manipulable Python folder objects). seedir provides tools for going in between these formats.

sse4.1-support

CPU feature checking - require SSE4.1

The packages in the isa-support family probe for microprocessor Instruction Set Architecture features such as SSE3. By refusing to install on machines lacking a required feature, they allow ISA requirements to be handled in terms of package dependencies.

libgclib3

C++ library to handle biological short sequence data

This is an eclectic gathering of (mostly) C++ code which upstream used for some bioinformatics projects. The main idea is to provide lean code and efficient data structures, trying to avoid too many code dependencies of heavy libraries while minimizing production cycles (and this also implies a decent compile/build time -- looking at you, bloated configure scripts and lengthy compile times of Boost code or other heavy C++ template code..).

rkdeveloptool

tools for working with Rockchip processors

This package provides tools to communicate with various Rockchip processors which support the RockUSB protocol (e.g rk3288, rk3328, rk3399, rk356x). The tool includes support to interact with the processors' low-level bootrom (known as MaskROM) as well as interact with the recovery or firmware-download protocol rockusb. This makes it possible to upload firmware to flash, download firmware from flash, erase flash, reset the device, read manufacturing information from the processor as well as various other commands.
