intel-sdsi
Intel On Demand (SDSi) provisioning tool
intel_sdsi is a tool for key certificate and activation payload
provisioning on Intel Xeon family processors with support for Intel On
Demand (formerly known as Software Defined Silicon or SDSi).
libgwyddion2-0t64
libraries for Gwyddion SPM analysis tool
Gwyddion is a modular program for Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) data
visualization and analysis. It is primarily intended for analysis of height
field data obtained by microscopy techniques like
* Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM),
* Magnetic Force Microscopy (MFM),
* Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (STM),
* Near-field Scanning Optical Microscopy (SNOM or NSOM)
and others. However, it can be used for arbitrary height field and
image analysis.
dict-freedict-pol-lit
Polish-Lithuanian dictionary for the dict server/client
This is the Polish-Lithuanian dictionary from the FreeDict project. It
contains 10148 headwords (FreeDict status: big enough to be useful). It can be
either used with the dictd server and a dict client or with GoldenDict.
libstarpu-1.4-4
Task scheduler for heterogeneous multicore machines
StarPU is a runtime system that offers support for heterogeneous
multicore machines. While many efforts are devoted to design efficient
computation kernels for those architectures (e.g. to implement BLAS
kernels on GPUs or on Cell's SPUs), StarPU not only takes care of
offloading such kernels (and implementing data coherency across
the machine), but it also makes sure the kernels are executed as
efficiently as possible.
r-bioc-pfamanalyzer
GNU R identification of domain isotypes in pfam data
Protein domains is one of the most import annoation of proteins that are
with the Pfam database/tool being (by far) the most used tool. This R
package enables the user to read the pfam prediction from both webserver
and stand-alone runs into R. It was recently shown most human protein
domains exist as multiple distinct variants termed domain isotypes.
Different domain isotypes are used in a cell, tissue, and disease-
specific manner. Accordingly, it was found that domain isotypes, compared
to each other, modulate, or abolish the functionality of a protein domain.
This R package enables the identification and classification of such
domain isotypes from Pfam data.
libxcb-errors0
Helper library for printing information about X11 errors (shared library)
xcb-util-errors is a utility library that gives human readable names
to error codes and event codes and also to major and minor numbers.
