libprotobuf-java
Java bindings for protocol buffers
Protocol buffers are a flexible, efficient, automated mechanism for
serializing structured data - similar to XML, but smaller, faster, and
simpler. You define how you want your data to be structured once, then you can
use special generated source code to easily write and read your structured
data to and from a variety of data streams and using a variety of languages.
You can even update your data structure without breaking deployed programs
that are compiled against the "old" format.
libdav1d6
fast and small AV1 video stream decoder (shared library)
dav1d is an AOMedia Video 1 (AV1) cross-platform decoder and focused on speed
and correctness.
ntcard
Streaming algorithm to estimate cardinality in genomics datasets
As input it takes file(s) in fasta, fastq, sam, or bam formats
and computes the total number of distinct k-mers, F0, and also
the k-mer coverage frequency histogram, fi, i>=1.

RDKit is a Python/C++ based cheminformatics and machine-learning software
environment. Features Include:
node-token-types
Primitive token library used to read and write from a node Buffer
Common token types for decoding and encoding numeric and string values.
Although it is possible to use this module directly, it is primary designed to
be used with strtok3 tokenizer.
