You can feed the ->create method of DBIx::Class with a recursive
datastructure and have the related records created. Unfortunately you cannot
do a similar thing with update_or_create.

files without consuming a lot of memory, it reads lines as unicode, ensuring
compatibility with most text files. Additionally, it provides functionality
for both incremental line reading and reading lines one at a time through its
API.
