r-cran-gganimate
GNU R grammar of animated graphics
The grammar of graphics as implemented in the 'ggplot2' package has
been successful in providing a powerful API for creating static
visualisation. In order to extend the API for animated graphics this package
provides a completely new set of grammar, fully compatible with 'ggplot2'
for specifying transitions and animations in a flexible and extensible way.
libopensm9
InfiniBand subnet manager library
OpenSM provides an implementation of an InfiniBand Subnet Manager (SM) and
Administrator (SA). One Subnet Manager is required to run on each InfiniBand
subnet in order to initialize the InfiniBand hardware.
libxnnpack0
High-efficiency floating-point neural network inference operators (libs)
XNNPACK is a highly optimized library of floating-point neural network
inference operators for ARM, WebAssembly, and x86 platforms. XNNPACK is not
intended for direct use by deep learning practitioners and researchers; instead
it provides low-level performance primitives for accelerating high-level
machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow.js, PyTorch,
and MediaPipe.
gccgo-10-sparc64-linux-gnu
GNU Go compiler
This is the GNU Go compiler, which compiles Go on platforms supported
by the gcc compiler. It uses the gcc backend to generate optimized code.
libgnat-10-sh4-cross
runtime for applications compiled with GNAT (shared library)
GNAT is a compiler for the Ada programming language. It produces optimized
code on platforms supported by the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC).
bandage-examples
Bioinformatics Application for Navigating De novo Assembly Graphs Easily (data)
Bandage is a GUI program that allows users to interact with the assembly
graphs made by de novo assemblers such as Velvet, SPAdes, MEGAHIT and
others.
