python-guacamole
framework for creating command line applications (Python 2)
Guacamole is a flexible, modular system for creating command line
applications. Guacamole comes with built-in support for writing command line
applications that integrate well with the running system. A short list of
supported features (ingredients) includes:
elpa-engine-mode
define and query search engines from within Emacs
`engine-mode' is a global minor mode for Emacs. It enables you to easily
define search engines, bind them to keybindings, and query them from the
comfort of your editor.
libghc-conduit-zstd-prof
Conduit-based ZStd Compression; profiling libraries
Zstandard compression packaged as a conduit. This is a very thin wrapper
around the [official hs-zstd interface]
(https://github.com/facebookexperimental/hs-zstd/)
python-elasticsearch-curator
Python library for managing Elasticsearch time-series indices
Elasticsearch Curator helps manage Elasticsearch time-series indices. It
consists of a Python library and a CLI tool providing a high-level interface
to Elasticsearch administration tasks, such as:
ruby-aws
AWS Ruby Library for interfacing with Amazon Web Services
This package provides a robust, fast, and secure interface to AWS services
such as EC2, EBS, S3, SQS, SimpleDB, ELB and CloudFront. It supports signature
versions 0, 1 and 2 on all services.
python-cogent
framework for genomic biology
PyCogent is a software library for genomic biology. It is a fully
integrated and thoroughly tested framework for:
* controlling third-party applications,
* devising workflows; querying databases,
* conducting novel probabilistic analyses of biological sequence
evolution, and
* generating publication quality graphics.
It is distinguished by many unique built-in capabilities (such as true codon
alignment) and the frequent addition of entirely new methods for the analysis
of genomic data.
