python3-brian-lib
simulator for spiking neural networks -- extensions
Brian is a clock-driven simulator for spiking neural networks. It is
designed with an emphasis on flexibility and extensibility, for rapid
development and refinement of neural models. Neuron models are
specified by sets of user-specified differential equations, threshold
conditions and reset conditions (given as strings). The focus is
primarily on networks of single compartment neuron models (e.g. leaky
integrate-and-fire or Hodgkin-Huxley type neurons).
gfortran-mipsisa32r6-linux-gnu
GNU Fortran 95 compiler for the mipsr6 architecture
This is the GNU Fortran 95 compiler, which compiles Fortran 95 on platforms
supported by the gcc compiler. It uses the gcc backend to generate optimized
code.
gfortran-multilib-mips-linux-gnu
GNU Fortran 95 compiler for the mips architecture
This is the GNU Fortran 95 compiler, which compiles Fortran 95 on platforms
supported by the gcc compiler. It uses the gcc backend to generate optimized
code.
gm2-mips-linux-gnu
GNU Modula-2 compiler (based on GCC) for the mips architecture
This is the GNU Modula-2 compiler, which compiles Modula-2 on platforms
supported by the gcc compiler. It uses the gcc backend to generate optimized
code.
