apriltag
AprilTags Visual Fiducial System
AprilTag is a visual fiducial system, useful for a wide variety of tasks
including augmented reality, robotics, and camera calibration. Targets can be
created from an ordinary printer, and the AprilTag detection software computes
the precise 3D position, orientation, and identity of the tags relative to the
camera. The AprilTag library is implemented in C with no external dependencies.
It is designed to be easily included in other applications, as well as be
portable to embedded devices. Real-time performance can be achieved even on
cell-phone grade processors.
r-bioc-spatialexperiment
S4 Class for Spatially Resolved -omics Data
Defines an S4 class for storing data from spatial -omics experiments.
The class extends SingleCellExperiment to
support storage and retrieval of additional information from spot-based and
molecule-based platforms, including spatial coordinates, images, and
image metadata. A specialized constructor function is included for data
from the 10x Genomics Visium platform.
r-bioc-txdbmaker
Tools for making TxDb objects from genomic annotations
A set of tools for making TxDb objects from genomic annotations
from various sources (e.g. UCSC, Ensembl, and GFF files). These tools
allow the user to download the genomic locations of transcripts,
exons, and CDS, for a given assembly, and to import them in a TxDb
object. TxDb objects are implemented in the GenomicFeatures package,
together with flexible methods for extracting the desired features in
convenient formats.
