libagrep-ocaml

Wu-Manber algorithm for string searching with errors

This OCaml library implements the Wu-Manber algorithm for string searching with errors, popularized by the "agrep" Unix command and the "glimpse" file indexing tool. It was developed as part of a search engine for a largish MP3 collection; the "with error" searching comes handy for those who can't spell Liszt or Shostakovitch.

libterm-table-perl

module to format a header and rows into a table

r-cran-amelia

GNU R package supporting multiple imputation of missing data

Amelia II "multiply imputes" missing data in a single cross-section (such as a survey), from a time series (like variables collected for each year in a country), or from a time-series-cross-sectional data set (such as collected by years for each of several countries). Amelia II implements a bootstrapping-based algorithm that gives essentially the same answers as the standard IP or EMis approaches, is usually considerably faster than existing approaches and can handle many more variables.

libsoup-3.0-tests

HTTP library implementation in C -- installed tests

libsoup uses the Glib main loop and is designed to work well with GTK+ applications. This enables GNOME applications to access HTTP servers on the network in a completely asynchronous fashion, very similar to the GTK+ programming model (a synchronous operation mode is also supported for those who want it).
